Yes. Your resume and answers are stored securely in Firebase with standard encryption. We use your data only to generate questions and provide feedback—nothing else.

No, never. We don't sell your data to anyone, and we don't use it to train AI models. We may use your email for account-related messages or product updates. That's it.

Not from the UI yet. If you need your data deleted, contact us via the Contact page with your account email and we'll handle it manually.

Try these in order:

• Try a different browser or incognito mode

Still broken? Contact us with: (1) what page you were on, (2) what you were trying to do, and (3) what error message you saw.

You were logged out. The redirect preserves where you were going (e.g., /login?next=/sessions) so after logging in, you'll land back where you intended.

Make sure:

• File is a PDF (not Word doc, image, or other format)
• File is under 5MB
• PDF isn't password-protected or corrupted

If it still won't work, try converting it to PDF again using a different tool (Adobe, Google Docs, etc.).

This happens if the PDF text extraction failed. Try creating a new interview and uploading your resume again (don't use a saved resume). If it still shows 0%, contact support.
